Bayern Munich are ready for change this summer. After an odd end to the season with the sudden dismissals of their CEO and sporting director, there are also several players with their futures in the balance.
One of those is Benjamin Pavard, who was previously linked to Barcelona as an option to reinforce their right side. But now, 'AS' report that the Frenchman's team said they'd been approached by Real Madrid, who were enquiring after the player's situation at the club.
The French international wants to play in the centre of the field with the German side, rather as a right-back, and is thus not keen to renew. His arrival would be a wild card for Carlo Ancelotti, as he can play both in the center of the defense and on the right side. His contract in Germany expires in June 2024.
That is why the Bavarian team want to seal his future as soon as possible and prevent him from leaving for free next year. In the same situation is Lucas Hernandez, who seems to have it done with PSG.
