"Luis Suarez showed no respect for anyone in training"

Luis Suarez's time at Liverpool made the now Barca player become one of the best footballers on the planet. He showed off all  his skills there and therefore Barcelona went to sign him in 2014. 

Steven Gerrard spoke about the impact of the Uruguayan on the time to the 'BBC'. "To start with, he wasn't respecting anybody, not even Carragher. In the right meaning. Other strikers we signed showed too much respect to the rest of the players."

The English football legend stated that he immediately knew that Suarez was going to triumph and improve at Liverpool. "We immediately knew that he was going to be a top player. He would leave a bit in on his teammates, he would back into them, he would have his elbows in the air. He would run through anybody to be successful."

Gerrard ended up saying that he was the best footballer he had played with in his career. In 133 appearances for Liverpool, Suarez scored 82 goals and gave 27 assists.
