Lucas Hernandez already chose a German prison to spend the six months he has been sentenced to. It seems like the World Cup winner asked the court to serve his sentence in Germany to be able to keep training for Bayern, despite having to go back to jail at night.

Every day, new information about Lucas Hernandez's prison sentence is revealed. The French center-back appeared in a Madrid court three days ago for violating a restraining order in 2017.

According to 'Bild', the former Atletico defender will serve his six-month sentence in Germany, the country where he lives now.

The same outlet reports that Hernandez will try to avoid his imprisonment, but if he is not able to, he will ask the court for permission to train with Bayern and sleep in the German jail.

Lucas was sentenced when he violated a restraining order he had with his girlfriend and went to Las Vegas, where they got married. As soon as he landed in Madrid, he got arrested and sentenced to prison time.
