Diego Llorente's progression in the last few years has been evident. The CB, consolidated at Real Sociedad, was close to moving to Monaco in the winter market, even though the deal finally didn't happen.
Llorente is aware that the side led by Robert Moreno still want him for next season. It is for that reason that he hasn't closed any door.
"Right now I'm not thinking about it, but you never know what the future might bring. When all this is over, I'll see what sporting and personal situation I'm in, what my body is asking of me and what sporting challenges I want to face," said the defender on 'Vamos'.
Another of the topics discussed was the final of the Copa del Rey. "I've always said that it should be played behind closed doors before it was not played. But if they give us the alternative to play it next season, with the fans, welcome. The fans will be the ones that benefit most," he explained.
"I'm very happy now, hoping that all this will start and we'll earn that place on our own merits, not because we were fourth when the league had to be stopped," confessed Diego Llorente.
