English publication 'The Daily Mail' claims that the 'Reds' are considering a move for the pair this summer.
17-year-old Koffi has a contract at Monaco that is due to expire at the end of June, and has not yet agreed to new terms to remain at the Ligue 1 club.
Given that Koffi can play as a central midfielder or out on the wing, the youngster provides a degree of versatility. Should the move to the Premier League materialise, the young player would be coached in the U18 squad by Steven Gerrard.
Liverpool have also reignited their interest in France international Thomas Lemar after a previous transfer bid had fallen through.
The Monaco winger spoke to 'Telefoot' about the previous deal, he said: ''Regrets? Maybe. I was a little disappointed. Once it's over, it's over, so do not think about it.''
He added: ''I will keep working hard so these clubs will eventually come back in the next transfer window. I am open to all offers. I am a football player, I like football. I do not close any doors.''
