Lampard speaks of 'great respect' for Pulis

Frank Lampard has had a positive start to life as a manager, being able to guide Derby County in to the play-off positions so far this season.
The former Chelsea and England midfielder will next take his young side to the Riverside Stadium, and Lampard is fully aware of the difficulties that he will face coming up against a manager with such vast experience as Tony Pulis.
"Middlesbrough will be difficult to break down and they pose a threat at set-pieces and corners." Lampard said in the lead up to the game.
"Tony has been around for years and has had great success with clubs with a very particular style,
"I have a lot of respect for any manager who has a belief and emphatically delivers that into his players who then produce it at weekends.
"Now I have been in it for a few months, I have respect the ones who have been in it for a long time."
