In a tribute to the turn of the Chinese New Year, PSG celebrated with their fans by wearing kits with Mandarin lettering on the back when they faced Strasbourg in Ligue 1 on Saturday.
The Parisian club clearly gained a slice of good luck from the gesture, breezing past the opposition 5-2, having slipped up last time they faced Thierry Laurey's side, losing 2-1.
Despite it seeming fairly obvious, Kurzawa didn't quite get the message behind the club's gesture of good will. The French defender posted a picture of his kit to Instagram, but made a very basic error, attaching an emoji of the wrong flag.
Instead of the Chinese emblem, he accompanied the picture with a Japanese one, causing much amusement amongst social media users.
