Juventus close in on Sancho signing

Sancho is on the verge of embarking on a new chapter in his career. The Englishman, who spent the 2024/25 campaign on loan, is expected to join Juventus ahead of the upcoming season. According to Sport Mediaset, the Bianconeri have finalised terms with United for the permanent transfer of the forward.
The report claims the deal will be structured around a fixed €17 million fee, with easily attainable bonuses and a portion of the severance package United are set to pay the player included among the variables. United, who omitted Sancho from their squad for the recent friendly against Leeds United, had been aiming to raise €25 million from the sale.
The move has been sealed following a meeting this week in Turin between Sancho's agent and Juventus representatives. The 24-year-old is poised to sign a contract running until 2029, earning €6 million per year plus additional bonuses.
Juventus are hopeful of announcing the signing officially before Thursday, for Sancho to be available to Igor Tudor during the first week of training at the Juventus training complex in Continassa, ahead of the team's pre-season camp in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
The winger is expected to make his debut for the Vecchia Signora on 10 August against Borussia Dortmund – the club where he enjoyed the most successful spell of his career.
