Jesse Lingard acts as guardian to other youngsters in Man United

Due to Manchester United's lengthy injury list, Van Gaal has given 11 academy graduates the opportunity to play at Old Trafford.
Lingard, despite having only played 24 first-team games, is acting like a big brother to the younger teammates.
He told the club's official website, "I have to look after Marcus, Joe and the other young lads. I had that with Danny Welbeck and Tom Cleverley, who looked after me when I came through."
