"I have the utmost respect for Ancelotti"

Barcelona coach Hansi Flick was satisfied with the “very good game” his team played in the 1-0 win over Mallorca and highlighted the fact that all the players showed they were “focused” on a game in which some of the substitutes were brought on.
“I'm happy that all the players are focused and that's positive for the remaining matches,” summarised Flick when asked about the performance of two regular substitutes like Hector Fort and Ansu Fati, who, on Tuesday, played as starters. Both players showed their dissatisfaction for not playing in the last match against Celta (4-3) and Flick regretted that attitude in the press conference before the match against Mallorca.
"Hector (Fort) and Ansu (Fati) have played. I don't know what happened to them after the match against Celta. I talk to everyone. I can understand that they are angry after not playing; so can Pablo Torre, who, today, could have played as well and didn't,“ said Flick, who added that the match against Mallorca was ”a great day" for the Spanish-Guinean striker.
Asked about the match, he highlighted the good performance of his players and regretted the “many chances” missed, although he stressed that, “with the changes in the lineup,” he is satisfied with the result. "We didn't make the mistakes of previous matches. I think we played a fantastic game," he added. About Real Madrid, his rival in next Saturday's Copa del Rey final, he praised the figure of his coach, Carlo Ancelotti.
"They have a great team and one of the best coaches in the world. It's not nice to see what's happening with Ancelotti. He's won everything for them, and I have the utmost respect for him. He is a gentleman and I have a lot of respect for him. On Saturday, we will play the final and it will be good to see him again because he is an incredible coach," he said.
Among the names of the match, he highlighted the performance of Eric García in the right-back position - "he is a very important player for me", he said-, and admitted that Dani Olmo, who, against Mallorca, played as a playmaker, can also play as a striker due to the absence of Lewandowski.
