"He was not playing is because of the way he was training" - Maresca critical of Madueke

Noni Madueke returned to the starting line-up for Chelsea in the Blues' win over Southampton after the England winger had played just 19 minutes in the London club's last two games.
The former PSV man scored and provided an assist against the Saints and Maresca was asked at a press conference why Madueke's playing time had been reduced in the Blues' last two games.
The Italian coach criticised the way he has been training lately and the 22-year-old winger's lack of ambition as he believes that when he scores goals or assists he ‘drops’ his level, urging him that despite scoring he must keep trying to score more goals or assists.
"Noni Madueke can do much more. When he scores/assists and is happy, he starts to drop a little bit. The reason he was not playing is because of the way he was training. When he scores one, he needs to keep trying to score & assist," he told 'BBC'.
