He touched him! Atlético claim for a penalty on Saúl that VAR didn't see

VAR took less than 15 minutes to be in the limelight in the RB Leipzig v Atlético Madrid match. This was the time that had elapsed until Saúl fell in the opposition's box.
The German side's goalkeeper, Gulacsi, seemed to touch the player from behind with his foot. The images showed involuntary contact which made the Atlético player fall several steps in front.
Saúl asked vehemently that the passage of play be reviewed. VAR looked and relooked at the play, as the ball took a while to go out. But it seemed difficult that, in the Champions League, that light contact would be enough to blow for a penalty.
And so it was. After some minutes, the referee signalled that a penalty wouldn't be given. A passage of play that, in the Spanish League, perhaps would have ended up another way.
