PSG failed to get passed the Champions League quarter-finals for the fourth consecutive season, losing to Manchester City 1-0after a 2-2 draw last week in Paris.
Despite being favourites for both of the ties, PSG failed to utlise the array of attackaing talent available to them to score past City, with De Bruyne grabbing the only goal of the game in the 76th minute to seal a 3-2 aggregate win.
Ginola was left feeling very disappointed of the French champions performance, and don't hold back on the criticisms.
"I feel very disappointed with PSG's performance tonight, with the attitude first of all," Ginola said.
"They did not push hard enough. They were just passing the ball around. At some stage, you need to realise when you play away from home in the Champions League against Manchester City and you need to score, you need to have an attitude. The attitude wasn't there tonight.
"PSG were too lazy. Lazy in the way they passed the ball. They were passing the ball like they were up in the game and it was not good enough at this stage of the competition.
"They want to win the Champions League, but they have to realise they have to do better than that. I am thinking about Laurent Blanc for next season, I am very doubtful about him staying at the club."
When asked about the future of the club, he highlighted the importance of the Champions League for the club owners, whilst stating that the Ligue 1 is going to always be a walk in the park, and just winning that isn't good enough.
"They are obviously going to win Ligue 1 every season. The first goal for the Qatari owners is to win the Champions League.
"This is the fourth time they have been eliminated in the quarter-finals. Against Man City they were favourites before both games."
