Footballer or rapper? Kounde played the WC last 16 wearing a gold chain!

The fourth rule of the IFAB regulations states that "players must not carry dangerous equipment or dangerous objects". However, Kounde ignored this rule in the match between France and Poland.
The French centre-back wore a gold chain around his neck during the first half of the match, which was visible in every image the cameras showed of the Barcelona player. The rule also states that "all types of jewellery accessories are prohibited".
If caught by the referee, Kounde should take off the object in question as soon as the ball goes out of play. If he refuses to do so or puts it back on, he should be cautioned.
An incredible episode involving a professional footballer of Kounde's stature, and in the last 16 of a World Cup. Even more surprising is that no referee noticed the situation until, in the 42nd minute, when he was about to take a throw-in, the linesman told him that he should take off his chain.
