Eusebio di Francesco's side go into the game off the back of a 2-1 defeat in Ukraine, but Florenzi's outlook is clear: play like we have done at home so far in the competition and the result will take care of itself.
Roma took seven points from a possible nine at home in the group stage and Frolenzi knows that if they can continue in the same vein they will be in with a chance of progressing on Tuesday.
"The desire we have is to repeat the home games played in the Champions League so far," he told the press ahead of the game.
"We have missed a little something in the league but the last match against Torino was good. We want to qualify of course but we must also pay attention to the qualities of Shakhtar.
"It will be important to manage the game over 90 minutes but we must try to play our football.
"We want to approach it well and do our best."
