Manchester City are about to complete a signing. Ferran Torres is closer and closer to joining the Premier League from La Liga.
According to Hector Gomez, journalist from the Valencian media outlet 'Golsmedia Sports', this Wednesday they have agreed the terms of the contract. Ferran Torres just needs to sign the contract.
The fee agreed is 25 million euros plus 10 in variables, according to the cited source. Ferran Torres had said no to other Man City offers.
Teams like Atletico Madrid, Real Madrid and Juventus had also been interested in Ferran Torres, Hector Gomez points out. Finally, the Valencia player has reportedly gone for Pep Guardiola's offer.
The good relationship between Valencia and Man City has reportedly been key in order to get the move over the line. That said, no club has commented officially so we will have a wait a bit to see whether Torres joins City.
