The midfielder´s contract at Old Trafford is due to expire at the end of the month, and it seems as though the club have left it too late to renew his contract should they want to.
He has spent 5 seasons at the club, making over 150 appearances in all competitions. However, with the arrival of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea last season he played only 16 times in the league. This, together with the Manchester United £52 million acquisitiion of Brazilian midfielder Fred, it seems as though Fellaini´s fate for Jose Mourinho´s men is sealed.
The former Everton man will not be short of offers should he leave the Red Devils, with Arsenal and clubs in Italy and Turkey reportedly interested in his signature.
The player is currently with the Belgian squad at the World Cup, after having come off the bench to play in the team´s 5-2 win over Tunisia on Saturday.
Regarding his future, the player told the 'Independent' "You will know soon".
Belgium next play England on Thursday in a match to decide the winners of Group G, but the Fellaini is unlikely to start the fixture.
