Felipe says goodbye to Porto as he edges closer to Atleti move

According to 'Marca', Felipe will be an Atlético Madrid player next season, with the Spanish club ready to pay 25 million euros for him. The player himself has taken the first step with a message on his Instagram page.

"It has been three years living intensely in blue and white with a new family that I have built, and I will remember it for the rest of my life," wrote the Brazilian.

The central defender said he has "great affection for all the fans who come here and for those who spend hours waiting at the door of training or the stadium".

"There are no words to describe how much I have learned and evolved as a person. I wish the best of luck in the future for those who stay, I will be with the fans and eternally grateful! Thank you Porto!," he concluded.
