Falcao brought Colombia one step closer to victory
After Yerry Mina had made it it 0-1 in the first half, Colombia's greatest ever goalscorer Radamel Falcao doubled the advantage in the 70th minute.
While the first goal had come from a corner, this time it was open play, with Juan Fernando Quintero playing a wonderful ball through the defence to put Falcao through.
The Monaco striker needed no invitation, and stroked the ball round the goalkeeper with the outside of his boot, making it 0-2 in the must-win game.
