Dortmund triple Sancho's wages

Jadon Sancho penned a new deal with Borussia Dortmund early in October, and now earns £2.7m per year, and is valued at a staggering £40milllion by the German outfit at just 18 years of age.
The England youngster has had a flying start to his career in Germany; he has scored 4 goals and registered 6 assists in just 9 Bundesliga appearances for Dortmund, and only one of these appearances was as part of the starting XI.
According to German paper 'Bild', the club have invested in their talent by rewarding his early season success. Bild wrote: ''For a player of this quality, that is still a mega-bargain. It is also thanks to Sancho that Dortmund are top of the league.'
As well as inflating his wages, Sancho has increased his market value during his time in Germany, now being valued at £40milllion, nearly six times the figure that the club spent to sign him in the summer.
Dortmund Sporting Director Micheal Zorc recently spoke of Sancho to 'Bild', explaining the reasons behind the player's extensions: "'I'm pretty sure that Jadon will be playing for us for some time, and I have my reasons for that."
Sancho scored both goals in a 2-2 draw with Hertha Berlin last time out, and will be hoping to retain his starting berth for Dortmund's German Cup tie with second tier Union Berlin on Wednesday night.
