Donnarumma's future is up in the air. The season is coming to a close and that means Milan are running out of time to renew him. When July comes, he will be free. They presented him with a long term offer, but they also reportedly have a shorter one.
The goalie and Raiola already have an offer of eight million euros a year for five years on the table. But they may not be able to satisfy his expectations. In that case, Milan have a plan B, 'La Reppublica' reports.
That would be an offer of a one year deal on his current salary. That would basically put off the same situation for another 12 months. It would basically be a strategy of Milan buying time to sort out their financial problems.
This would put Donnarumma in a sticky situation. If he loves the club, he will accept the offer, otherwise he will be accused of being only interested in the money.
