The Espanyol crowd gave their keeper Diego Lopez a warm round of applause prior to the matchday seven La Liga game against Valladolid. It was after the Spanish keeper reached 100 competitive games for 'Los Pericos last Thursday.

Diego Lopez reached the milestone of 100 competitive matches for Espanyol, a figure which he reached last Thursday against Celta Vigo at Balaidos.

Therefore, the keeper was given a commemorative shirt before the match with Valladolid.

The shirt was given by the club's vice-president, Carlos Garcia Pont, as Espanyol published on their official Twitter account.
