Not only the Bernabeu is undergoing renovation work. There are also some small jobs being done at the Di Stefano stadium. The stadium is being looked modernised so that Real Madrid are comfortable at their new ground. La Liga gave their approval for matches to be played there.
According to 'Marca', the club are now working on the artificial lighting at the stadium. They want the image on TV to be absolutely perfect.
Scaffolding has been set up in the stands which run down the side of the pitch. New and powerful lights will be installed on them.
Real Madrid will also transfer all the advertising hoardings they had at the Bernabeu to the Di Stefano. They will be exactly the same as at the Bernabeu in order to fulfil the contracts with their sponsors.
Regarding on the field events, Real Madrid are planning on training at the Di Stefano at least once a week. The squad must adapt to what will be their new home for the rest of the season. Of the 11 matches left, six will be played at home.
