Dani Olmo praised Brahim Diaz performance in Madrid loss

Brahim Diaz made headlines on Wednesday morning after the Real Madrid attacker was one of the few bright spots for the Spanish side in their away win over Leipzig in the first round of the Champions League last 16.
Leipzig forward Dani Olmo lamented that they did not take advantage of the "chances to score" in a defeat against the 'Merengues' in which, he considered, "Brahim's quality" made "the difference" in the match.
"It's not a good result. We had chances to score, with two one-on-ones from Sesko, the disallowed goal... but they don't forgive. Brahim's quality has made the difference," he said on 'Movistar Plus'.
"We leave with a bad result, but with everything open for the return leg," he added. In other appearances in the mixed zone, he also expressed his opinion that the disallowed goal should have been counted: "They'll have their reasons, but I think it's a legal goal".
