Dani Alves to train with Barca Atletic before the World Cup

Dani Alves is dreaming of going to the World Cup with Brazil, but he needs to remain in shape and his season with Pumas has already finished. With the Torneo Apertura having finished and being on the cusp of the end of the play-offs, the next time clubs will be in action is January.
To remain in shape in the next few weeks incase Tite calls him up for the World Cup, he asked Joan Laporta's permission to train with the Barca B team, and the president said he could, as Albert Roge confirmed in 'Relevo'. This Monday, he started making the most of Barca's training facilities to train.
What is more, Rafa Marquez, the Barca Atletic coach is an ex-teammate of his, therefore they have confidence to be able to work together during what is left before the Brazilian squad get together, even if Dani Alves' presence is not yet confirmed. It all depends on how they think he has played in Mexico.
Therefore, Dani Alves has returned to Barcelona, where he went back to last season when he was still transitioning. His arrival was welcomed in Barcelona because he was cheap, and he offered experience and a good work ethic for Xavi's side, whose job could be on the line if they lose in the Champions League, which is most likely as they host Bayern Munich.
