The Colombian Juan Cuadrado, Juventus full-back, recovered from the coronavirus on Wednesday so will be in Andrea Pirlo's squad for the Italian Super Cup tonight against Napoli.
"Juan Cuadrado carried out, as per protocol, two controls of the molecular test (swab) for Covid-19 with negative results. Therefore, the player has recovered and is no longer subjected to the isolation regime. He will join the team in the Reggio Emilia training camp on the same day and will be included in the squad list for tonight's match", Juventus informed in a statement.
Cuadrado, 32, tested positive for coronavirus on 5th January and missed the last 4 Juventus matches. They will face Napoli on Wednesday at the Mapei Stadium with the first trophy of the season at stake.
The Colombian international has played 18 matches this season between Serie A and Champions League.
His team is 5th in the league, 10 points from Milan, and are up against Porto in the last 16 of the Champions League.
