Courtois has only saved two out of 15 penalties in La Liga

Thibaut Courtois prevented a bigger scoreline in Real Madrid's defeat at the hands of Levante. With the score 1-1, the 'merengue' goalkeeper saved a penalty from Roger to give his side hope.

However, Roger himself ended up putting the game to bed in favour of the 'Granotas' in the 78th minute, which meant another defeat for Zidane's side at the Di Stéfano stadium. 

The Belgian goalkeeper saved only his second penalty since arriving at the Santiago Bernabéu in the 2018-19 season, making just a couple of saves from the 15 spot-kicks he has contested. 

Courtois has only been able to save two of the 15 penalties he has contested in La Liga, while a third went wide, meaning he has conceded 12 in total.
