Could Ronaldo go to PSG? Only if Mbappe leaves...

PSG are making moves in this summer's transfer window. Those at the Parc des Princes have already closed some big-name signings and president Al-Khelaifi is willing to go all in to be able to finally lift the Champions League trophy.
'Corriere dello Sport' have speculated once again the interest of the French side in Cristiano Ronaldo. In any case, everything in this regard will depend on the actions of Kylian Mbappe. The young forward decided to go ahead and join up with the squad for pre-season despite his future being still very much up in the air.
Nobody expects a big move to be completed in 2021 and it looks like the Frenchman is waiting for Real Madrid. As long as nothing strange occurs in the coming months, he could be a part of 'Los Blancos' by summer 2022, but not right now.
However, the aforementioned media outlet speculated the possibility of Al-Khelaifi reacting and accepting a transfer offer this summer, in order to avoid his star player leaving on a free next year when his contract comes to an end.
In this particular chain reaction, Cristiano Ronaldo would be the next domino to 'fall', as he would then leave Juventus to occupy Mbappe's place in the Parc des Princes. If his change of club is confirmed, the 'Vecchia Signora' would ask for Mauro Icardi or Leandro Paredes in exchange.
In any case, everything seems to be at a standstill right now, as the economic state of Europe's biggest clubs - aside from the likes of City and PSG - doesn't make for pleasant reading. Ronaldo will have to return from his holidays to training in a few days time, still on the lookout for a change of scenery.
