Conte: We have to get three points against Liverpool

Going into Sunday's match, Chelsea and Liverpool are separated by six points, with Tottenham just one point behind the 'Reds' in fourth, who have played a game more than their rivals.
Liverpool faced a taxing midweek trip to Rome though in order to qualify for the Champions League final whilst their opposition will have had eight days off.
Conte believes this could benefit Chelsea, telling reporters: "This could be a good opportunity for us. As I said a lot of times in the last three games, if we want to keep the hope alive we have to win.
"We have to get three points. Liverpool are a good team - it won't be easy.
"I think now our target, our focus is to finish in the best possible way, to try to fight for a place in the Champions League.
"The situation is not in our hands, but we have to try and start with three points against Liverpool. Then we'll see what happens. Our focus is to finish this season in the best possible way."
Chelsea's other two league fixtures are against Huddersfield Town and Newcastle United.
