Chelsea need to win even in 'dirty way', says Maresca

Chelsea managed to take all three points against Tottenham in a key match for a top four finish. The Blues managed to hold on to Enzo Fernandez's late goal despite constant attacks from Spurs.
Italian coach Enzo Maresca said he was happy even though he did not like the way they played in the last five minutes, having to grind out the win in “a dirty way”.
"At some moments the team was very good, then we don't work every day, we don't like to finish the game like we did in the last five minutes. If we want to become an important team we need to win in a dirty way, ugly way and [I'm] quite happy," he told 'Sky Sports'.
"The result is an important part because we are close to the end of the season. At the same time we try to achieve the result playing in the way we want to play," he added.
In addition, Maresca highlighted Jackson's important role in the victory over Postecoglou's team."Nico is an important player, off the ball he is pressing everyone and for sure, with Nico, we are in a different team," he said.
