Oblak tests positive for COVID-19

Atletico Madrid have announced this Tuesday that Slovenian Jan Oblak has tested positive for COVID-19, so he will be out for the coming days.

The Atletico Madrid footballer "is self isolating and strictly following the recommendations of the health authorities," Atletico Madrid said in a statement. 

Fortunately for Oblak, Atletico Madrid are not in action at the weekend due to the international break and, as they are out of the Copa del Rey, they are not playing the following midweek either. Their next match is away to Barcelona on Sunday 6th February at 16:15 CET.
