Brahim is already in Milan for his medical

Real Madrid have reached a new agreement to loan Brahim Díaz to Milan. His signing is imminent.

Pending the details being made official, everything seems to indicate that he will sign for two seasons. Milan will pay three million euros to Madrid. In addition, they will have the option to keep the player in exchange for 22 million euros if they are convinced by his performance.
