Bournemouth eye end to worst run under Iraola

Andoni Iraola's history at Bournemouth is written from happiness. He landed on his feet back in the summer of 2023 and recently extended his contract until 2026. Within this remarkable journey at the helm of the team, the current one is his worst moment, at least from the statistical point of view: he had never been in charge of the Cherries without winning 8 matches, as he is doing now.
Since February 15th he has not won a match (against Southampton). It is almost two months of upsets: 4 defeats and 2 draws in the Premier League, as well as the elimination in the FA Cup against Manchester City in the quarterfinals (1-2) and a draw in the previous round against Wolves (with the subsequent success in the penalty shootout).
There are all kinds of cherries. Now it is the sour cherries that are falling in the production of the Spanish coach, who has gone from being in serious contention for a European place to being out of the race and seeing the match against Fulham as an almost desperate opportunity to rejoin that challenge.
The Cottagers are 3 points ahead of them, so the clash doubles the responsibility to keep their chances of reaching the final matchdays in contention for the last continental places.
