Bradley has lost six out of his 10 games in charge of the Swans, winning just two and recently admitted that his future may depend on the outcome of the next two games.
The American goes up against Bilic on Boxing Day when he takes his side to the London Stadium and Bilic says that he has sympathy for the under-pressure Bradley, but inists that this is something that all managers go through.
"If you are a manager you have feelings for all the managers, but there's no manager who hasn't been under pressure," Bilic said.
"Even (Antonio) Conte was under pressure for a couple of weeks. So is Bradley, and so am I.
"You were under pressure or you're going to be under pressure. So learn from the time when you are under pressure.
"He's an experienced manager, he's American, they have all those kind of methods to deal with the pressure".
