We take a look ahead to Wednesday's Champions League last-16 second leg tie between Besiktas and Bayern Munich from the Vodafone Park, with Bayern currently in the driving seat following their 5-0 victory in the first leg.

Besiktas: Croatian international centre-back Domagoj Vida will sit this one out through suspension, whilst fellow defender Pepe is a major doubt with a toe injury. Former Manchester United man Zoran Tosic will play no part due to an unspecified injury.

Pepe, Tolgay Arslan, Caner Erkin, Ricardo Quaresma, Zoran Tošić and Anderson Talisca are all a booking away from suspension.

Bayern Munich: Midfielder Corentin Tolisso (shin) joined Manuel Neuer (foot) and Kingley Coman (ankle) on Bayern's list of long-term absentees at the weekend and will thus not feature in this one, whilst winger Arjen Robben is rested.

Josh Kimmich, Robert Lewandowski, Sebastian Rudy and Corentin Tolisso all go into this one booking shy of a suspension.

Besiktas boss Senol Gunes:

"We will try to get a result, playing our best game. We know Bayern have come here with the strongest possible line-up, and we will try to play our best side too.

"We are bidding farewell for this year, but we want to leave a good impression as we go with the aim of getting back here again next season."

Bayern Munich boss Jupp Heynckes:

"We have played in great atmospheres before, at Celtic, at Napoli, and here will be like that too. We will play in front of fans breathing with their team, fans pushing their team forward.

"We are looking forward to it. Despite the 5-0 win in the first leg, we must start with intensity and my players are aware of this. We can still perfect our defending, pressing, passing and attacking!"

Possible lineups:

Besiktas: Fabri; Gökhan, Medel, Necip, Adriano; Hutchinson, Tolgay; Quaresma, Talisca, Babel; Negredo.

Bayern Munich: Ulreich; Kimmich, Süle, Hummels, Alaba; Vidal, Thiago; Müller, James, Ribéry; Wagner.
