Barcelona think about the return of Sergi Canos

Nine years after leaving Barcelona for England, Sergi Canos has managed to establish himself in the Premier League. The Spaniard is a key player for Brentford, a recently promoted team that is having a great season.

According to 'Sport', the 25 year old player has been offered to the Catalan club's board. They value positively the speed and physical qualities of a player like Sergi Canos for a right wing without an absolute owner.

He started out as a winger, but Canos has also adapted to playing at right-back, hence Barcelona's interest in a player who knows the club well and whose wages would not be a problem.

Sergi Canos wants to play for Barcelona and could force Brentford to let him leave if necessary. His contract expires in June 2023, but he has the option to extend it for another year.

The information indicates that the player would leave for an amount close to ten million euros. Although Barcelona would try to reduce that figure or include a player from their squad to reduce the cost of the operation.
