Brazil's new young star is called Vitor Roque. At just 17 years of age, the Athletico Paranaense striker is the man in-fashion in Brazilian football.
So much so that even sides from Europe are following his form closely, and clubs like Barcelona and Arsenal, as well as others, have already expressed interest in signing him, as the U20 Brazilian turns 18 this year.
While the young striker does what he does best for the 'Canarinha' in the Sudamericano U20, the Barcelona board are now working on trying to sign him and get ahead of their rivals.
In fact, ex-Barca advisor in Brazil Andre Cury confirmed just a few hours ago that €25 million offers arrived for Vitor Roque, from a Spanish side and one English one, which could be Barcelona.
And on the striker's possible arrival at Barca, 'Sport' claim that they already have his role assigned. What is seems like is, according to the source, they want him to become the ideal compliment for Robert Lewandowski and for him then to end up becoming his replacement in the future.
He'd be a generational replacement for 'Lewy', who would have the support of Vitor Roque next season and who would help him to grow at his side in the Barca front line, making this young talent the same stature as Luis Suarez.
