Bad news for the Netherlands: Frimpong had to leave training

Jeremie Frimpong is a player with a bright future. He plays on the right flank at Bayer Leverkusen and he was trained in the Manchester City academy. He also has played at Celtic. In fact, he stood out a lot last season.

For that reason, in recent weeks, there has been rumours about a possible move to clubs such as Real Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester United.

The Dutch defender left Wednesday's training session with his national team due to discomfort in his right ankle.

Frimpong has not played a single minute for the Netherlands and he will await tests to see if he will have to return home or continue with his teammates.
