Bad news for Real Madrid and for an Eden Hazard who keeps getting ruled out of action for one reason or another. The Belgian has still not got over the coronavirus, Roberto Martinez confirmed.
The Belgium coach, in comments to 'AS', talked about Hazard and said he cannot play him during this international break.
"We are working with Real Madrid's medical department and he is still not available to travel. He is still positive. He won't be available for Sunday," the coach said following the test the player reportedly had on Friday.
Hazard will therefore be out of the Nations League clash between Belgium and England, a key match in Group 2 of League A. Roberto Martinez's men are top with nine points while England are in third on seven.
Even though he has not been ruled out, Hazard's chances in the first league game back are reducing. Real Madrid travel to Villarreal and they are hoping to get Hazard, Casemiro and Mendy back for the game.
Hazard tested positive on Saturday 7th November together with Casemiro and he is still positive a week later.
