Atletico CEO confirms Joao Felix wants to leave

Joao Felix is close to leaving Atletico Madrid. And it's not just the rumours, but even the club are already hinting at it. This Tuesday, it was Miguel Angel Gil Marin who referred to this possibility.
The 'Colchoneros' CEO did not mince his words when it came to the situation of the Portuguese player and admitted the player's intention. "The reasonable thing is to think that he is leaving, although I would love him to continue, but that is not the player's idea," he said on 'TVE' before the Morocco-Spain match.
Furthermore, Gil Marin did not hide the bad relationship between Joao and Simeone: "He is the biggest bet the club has made this season. I think he has the highest level in the world, but because of his relationship with the coach, the minutes played, his motivation.... The reasonable thing to do is to consider his departure if an offer comes in".
Finally, he laughingly assured that, if he could, he would sign the entire French national team: "If I had all the money in the world, I would sign France. I already have one, but I love their style of play. They don't win just because of Mbappe, they win because it's a group.
