Atleti prepare a full house and a special mosaic at the Wanda to host United

Atletico Madrid will return to the Champions League in style. The Spanish side will host Manchester United at the Wanda Metropolitano, but it won't be in any old way. The club already knows that there will be a full house in the stands and that they will display an impressive mosaic.

All tickets have been sold, a total of 58,000 allowed, apart from the 3,200 tickets allocated to the English side. In the run-up to the game, the 'Colchonero' stadium will display a spectacular banner made up of 55,000 cards and with a motivational message for Simeone's team.

In addition, the official channels of the Madrid club asked their fans to get involved hours before kick-off: "When the teams come out onto the pitch just before kick-off, display and raise your card to create a great atmosphere. Cheer for Atleti all the way through the match - ¡Aupa Atleti!

Without a doubt, there will be an atmosphere worthy of a Champions League tie. The home side will try to take advantage of the home support to go to Old Trafford with an advantage for the return leg.
