Arsenal want to go to another level, says Saka

It was a frustrating night for Arsenal, as two fairly cheap goals sealed a pre-season defeat against Manchester United in New York on Saturday. Speaking after the match, Hale End graduate Bukayo Saka reflected on his team's performance and what was still needed before they returned to take on the Premier League once again.
"It’s obviously tough to take, whether it’s a friendly or not against United,", he began after the defeat. "We’ll learn from it and you can’t really give two goals away like that against a team like this because then it’s really hard to come back. We just need to learn from it".
When asked about what he wanted to see from the team in terms of both physicality and game plan, he was clear that the squad needed to level up and make sure that they were all on the same page, especially with their new arrivals.
“Physically we want to get to a level that we were at last season and then go to another level and keep increasing that. Tactically we need to integrate everyone", he continued. "We need to understand our game plan and how we play and keep progressing in each game so that when we come to the first game we’re ready".
