Arsenal to sell Nicolas Pepe in summer

Nicolas Pepe will return to Arsenal in July after his loan spell at Nice but his future does not lie at the Emirates Stadium. The Gunners could look for a new destination for him in the next transfer window.

According to 'The Telegraph', Mikel Arteta does not believe the Ivorian can fit into the squad for next season and wants to sell him to save money for future signings.

The English side will play in the Champions League next season after failing to win the Premier League title and are looking to strengthen their squad.

As a result, they will try to sell Pepe for a similar figure to what they bought him for. Arsenal signed the 28-year-old for 72 million pounds from Ligue 1 side Lille.
