Arsenal target Xeka to reinforce their midfield

Arsenal have started the season very well. They are currently top of the Premier League and have won all their games except against Manchester United, to whom they lost 2-1.
Despite the good results, Mikel Arteta's side are not having much luck with their midfield, as two of their important players, Mohammed Elneny and Thomas Partey, are injured.
That is why, according to the 'Mirror', the Spanish manager has been forced to go to the transfer market in search of free players and they have targeted Miguel Angelo da Silva Rocha, also known as Xeka.
The Portuguese player finished his contract on 30th June with his previous club, Lille, and although he had been targeted by clubs such as Betis in the face of the possible departure of Guido Rodriguez, in the end, the operation could not be completed. He would be available to join the Gunners immediately, who could make this signing effective in the next few days.
