Liverpool can still break records despite already winning the PL, as Klopp could still reach Manchester City's record of 100 points in the league.
To do so, Liverpool must win their three remaining matches, the first of which will be against Arsenal on Wednesday, for whom winning would be a boost to pride and morale.
"What they have done is phenomenal. It's clear that it took them time to rebuild the team and create a new culture, a new philosophy and a model of play that would suit the manager," said Arteta in the preview, showing his admiration for their evolution.
The Arsenal manager said his club should "learn from Liverpool", which since 2015 with Klopp has managed to lift a Premier League, a Champions League, the European Super Cup and the Club World Cup.
"The context at the moment is different from what it was four years ago and the possibilities for a club to rebuild something are more limited, but it is something we have to see how they did it because they are an example. They started signing every player in relation to what they needed and they had a great financial backing to make great signings, which is what changed the club," finished Arteta.
