Arsenal leave Puma to sign £60 million per year Adidas deal

The agreement means that the 'Gunners' will receive double the amount of money than they currently do from Puma.

Such an increase in income for the club means that the transfer budget will be increased in future.

While Unai Emery has been able to bring in players such as Bernd Leno and Lucas Torreira, but have not reached anywhere near the level of spending that the likes of Liverpool and Man City have in recent seasons.

The club are in the midst of Stan Kroenke taking full control, which has outraged some fans as they have been forced to sell their shares ot the American billionaire.

It is unclear whether Kroenke will invest more money in to the team as the sole owner than he did when owning around two thirds of the club, but this kit deal should definitely improve the quality of players that Emery can sign next summer.
