Borja Mayoral will be included in the Real Madrid first team squad next season, despite the club receiving plenty of interest in his services.

According to reports in 'AS', Zidane has opted for Mayoral in favour or Mariano Diaz, who will leave the club in search of more first team football.

The continued uncertainty about Alvaro Morata's future at the Bernabeu has meant that Zidane will refuse all offers for Mayoral.

The striker didn't have many chances to shine during his most recent loan spell in the Bundesliga with Wolfsburg, but he has still attracted plenty of interest at home and abroad. However, all of these clubs have received the same response.

Leganes were the first La Liga side to come calling for the 20-year-old and the first to be turned down. Zidane is keen to see what the player can offer Real.
