West Brom are close to being sold in a £150 million deal, according to the Sunday People.
The club's current owner Jeremy Peace has been looking to sell the club for the past two years, and it looks as though he has finally found a buyer.
The interested party is Chinese businessman Wang Jianlin, who is worth an estimated £21.7 billion.
Jianlin is no stranger to European football, as he also owns a 20% stake in La Liga giants Atletico Madrid.
