Kyle Walker was keen to play down England's slip-up against Denmark. After the draw, he said that "you have to look at the positives" as they are still unbeaten and topping the group.

England international Kyle Walker said on Thursday that England's 1-1 draw with Denmark was "positive" as his side remain unbeaten and top of the group.

"That's football, Denmark are a good team. We have to take the positives, we didn't lose, we are top of the group. We got a point which we have to be happy with and we have to start thinking about the next game," he said.

Walker denied that England had come out with an overly defensive approach and stressed that regardless of what may be raised in the technical talks, "every game has its own dynamic".

"Every game has its dynamic, we scored a goal and Denmark started to attack more. That forced us to focus on defence. But it wasn't a plan at all," he said.
