Ajax midfielder Edson Álvarez said he really enjoyed playing against Liverpool at Anfield. The Mexican international was linked with Chelsea in the summer.
Ajax travelled to play Liverpool in a Champions League game on Tuesday.
The Premier League side took the lead after 17 minutes through Salah, but Mohammed Kudus levelled for Ajax 10 minutes later with a brilliant goal. It remained 1-1 going into the closing stages, but Joel Matip got an 89th minute winner for Liverpool to give them the points. Both Ajax and Liverpool have three points as do Napoli. Rangers are bottom with no points.
